We’re building out courseware in-house and with partners every day, serving clients eager to learn in the unique, low pressure way that differentiates us from self-learning and most instructor-led courses.

We’ve learned from our consulting arm how important it is to present complex information to busy leaders in an immediately digestible way. The purpose of this is to enable decisions, actions, or a change in perspective. Perhaps all three. While the artifacts for these engagement may be written for a broader internal audience, the verbal exchange must be tailored not only to the individual but for that particular moment in time. Do we have five minutes instead of the planned two hours? Was there just a security breach? A pandemic?

Human to Human

While it’s already possible to tailor communications automatically, and some people will likely become accustomed to AI bartenders and therapists, we work human to human with you to discuss AI technology as a tool, a trend, a set of concepts and choices.

We build and refine courses in parallel with field work. There is no lag time. There can’t be. While the big elements of change management and cultural health are relatively stable, the fine-grained details of implementation are changing almost literally by the hour.

As a learner, or leader, those details are not the courseware itself, but used as current examples to reinforce principles. We’ll help you to form a mental model based on something you already know well, and give you a personalized set of starter tools that allow you to make AI work for you, explaining trends in AI in a way you can easily understand. You don’t have to be on the sidelines, or commit to nights and weekends to come up to speed, unless you’re going to be building complex tools yourself.

Standalone and Integrated Courses

We offer public and private courses, both standalone and in concert with consulting and coaching engagements.  Our lead instructors are also senior practitioners who bring deep experience to the material and the learning environment.

For highest impact in our private courses, we recommend consultation in advance to identify real-world challenges or areas of emphasis to amplify the impact and immediate relevance of the course to ongoing critical challenges. We offer several unique supplementary options for reinforcement and applied learning to assist with retention and application of the course material.

We partner with AgilePoll.Com to enable self-service and self-study starter options, many of which can be rolled directly into complementary engagements.

Full Stack AI™

Zero to one, expanding a scout program, kickstarting a stalled adoption, or taking your AI initiatives to the next level. This adaptive program keeps learning activities clear, relevant and connected to your real-world, day to day concerns. Understand where particular AI technologies or tools fit within your scheme of things, and how they map to the broader developments in frontier research and state of the art tools. Every class produces multiple tangible and tailored tools for each attendee, that should be readily usable and produce immediate, sustained value. No abstract mathematics building up to later revelations in this course.

Full Stack Agility™

Highly targeted experiential trainings, workshops or coaching sessions share lightweight practices to connect strategic initiatives with traditional agility. We place a special emphasis on enabling exploratory pipelines for AI initiatives. Regularly field-tested and refined for simplicity and immediate impact.

Many enterprise have already invested in frameworks, and minimalist or alternative paths are not practical at scale in the short-term. We can often help you connect Full Stack Agility™ to these frameworks. In the case of the Scaled Agile Framework™ we can also offer private training.

Scaled Agile Framework®

Several courses offer a certification option which requires participants to take and pass an exam following the course. While not required, we recommend that participants attempt certification as a means of reinforcing the material, even if the particular certification is not the primary purpose of taking the course.
